I just dropped flowers off for Jessica's evening wedding at one of the most beautiful venues in the city, Kevin Taylor's at the Opera House. We created her arrangements with rich reds and purples complimented by a light pink and white. Her flower selections included red mokara and James Story orchids, purple and white anemones, bacarra roses, tulips, mini calla lilies, and cymbidium orchids complimented by lily grass loops and deep purple ti leaves. Her simple black iron chuppah was complimented by assymetrical decor in coordinating blooms. My favorite aspect of this wedding are the five flower girl "wands" we created for the little girls in her wedding party. These are a unique and whimsical alternative to petals or pomanders. Congratulations Jessica and David... we look forward to seeing the professional images by Lynda Hanshaw!
